Mr Flexy's Happy Protégé
I got Mr Flexy an Inzer belt for Christmas last year. He quite likes it. I think he likes the lever as opposed to the buckle he had on his other belt.
His is black.

Can I ask a noob question? What exactly do you use a belt for? Is it just to support your back?

there are no studies that prove it actually prevents injury. Mostly used to stabilize the core by pushing your stomach against it. basically so you can lift heavier

It helps w/that intra-abdominal pressure that you want when squatting. It gives a surface to push your stomach against thus making the lever (your torso in this case) much more stable and firm and better equipped to transfer energy.

Yep. For me, the only time I'd wear one is if I'm going for a PR. But that's me

I wear mine for the higher weighted squats and every time I DL. I did my back DLing and I just feel more secure because I can engage my abs much better (it's like a challenge/reminder to engage).

I figure the 10MM should be more than adequate (though that is a matter of preference). I MUCH prefer the lever over the buckle.
I special ordered mine (charcoal grey), and it took 4 weeks to get to me. If you order the standard black, it should only take two weeks.

Open to any suggestions Think I'd prefer one colour over multi color, unless I get a BOY BLUE and PINK belt???! But I don't see pink as an option.
My current belt:
Black and pink!!
You can get pink from Titan. You can also get one with one color inside one color outside an make it reversible.
Next belt will be pink and turquoise. Right now i have a pink one and i <3 it
