Yes lmao, but they have really good equipment for a school gym (3x power racks which I use for everything except deadlifts and rows, lots of cable stuff, lat pulldowns, this dip thing that u can also use for reverse sit ups, oly plates, 3x oly mats, couple of benches). It's a private school which has the #1 high school first 15 rugby team in NZ so they spend a chit load of money on it.
I remember this random teacher trying to teach me how to squat when I was new (I had watched a lot of Stronglifts 5x5 videos, so I knew what I was doing), brb do 20 reps, brb move 4cm rom, brb its a quad exercise not a hamstring u dont need to go low, facepalmed hard.
Also had some dude who was like 6'0 150lbs come up to me and tell me to stop pointing my knees out while squatting because I could injure them, this guy also squats 100kg 4cm ROM so I lol'd, brb back is getting more work from holding the weight than quads are from squatting.
