    Starting to Bulk soon - First time

    Ok looking for some advice and also wondering if this is a good starting point, eventually i will adapt to suit what i aim to gain.

    Height 5"9
    Weight 140lbs
    Age 18
    BF (Guess) - around 18-20%
    Calories - 3050
    Carb - 414g
    Protein - 200g
    Fat - 66g
    Workout - Low intensity cardio everyday
    - 5 Workout days / 2 Rest days

    Mon - Chest / Triceps
    Tue - Legs
    Wed - OFF
    Thur - Back / Biceps
    Fri - Shoulders
    Sat - OFF
    Sun - HIIT

    Any problems?

    I do not think hitting shoulders the day after chest is good thing to do. Alas, i'm not qualified to change all that much, please go to the routine critique thread created by DerekET and ask there, he has much valuable knowledge

    i'm the exact same stats at the moment man!

    are you looking for a dirty bulk?

    and i'd probably change up your work out days, and if you are doing HIIT i wouldn't do cardio EOD. It'll just make it harder to put on weight. i'd also drop down to 2500 calories

    For some reason i calculated my Maintainance Calories at around 2500 :s
    I'll probably try going for a dirty bulk and then dropping if im gaining to much..

    Whaaa he said bulk not cut

    Keep it over 3k defiantly if you attend on adding cardio

    Also perhaps swap Monday with Thursday workout.
    Abs on a skinny guy is like tits on a fat chick, just doesn't count!!

    I suggest to aim for more of a clean bulk...ive done the whole dirty bulk then cut when im too fat...that whole thing just brought me back whre i started.
