Ok looking for some advice and also wondering if this is a good starting point, eventually i will adapt to suit what i aim to gain.

Protein - 200g
Fat - 66g
Workout - Low intensity cardio everyday
- 5 Workout days / 2 Rest days
Mon - Chest / Triceps
Tue - Legs
Wed - OFF
Thur - Back / Biceps
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - OFF
Sun - HIIT
Any problems?
