Am I the only one that gets ridiculous cravings. Randomly out of no where, I have a craving for nutella, japanese crackers, cashews. I munch a bit, then the cravings go away for around an hour or so then they come back. They don't exceed my caloric intake of the day, but I'd much rather avoid them as a whole then include them in my diet.

No you are not the only! I didn't had such a cravings, not even a thought for a cheat food for a long time, when I had a goal and I followed it. But after I became less or more satisfied with my progress and became less precise with diet I started to have such a cravings more and more. I found that I can eat very moderate load of chocolate, ice cream and other high calorie carbs, but I will never become satisfied as the craving returns in a few hours. I think the best is to have a longtime goal and don't let such things as cravings to sneak in you mind. Just shoot it in the head before it can even reach the door.
