The reason ive started bodybuilding are:
1) To gain speed and strength ultimately to get better at sport. I've always been one of the best in my team but never enough to be picked for state football.
2) To gain confidence. Always been low on it leading me to be quite shy around new people.
So will bbing help me achieve these and does squatting increase speed?
