This morning i had to workout before eating anything, took two scoops of vapor. Wont do this again. This was the first workout ive had an issue with this product, probably due to no food in my system. Felt light headed and by the end of my workout (when i went to eat), my hands were shaking. Again since this was the first time its happened and the first time ive taken it on an empty stomach, leads me to conclude that it was the emtpy stomach and not nano. Although it was not a pleasant experience.
