    Bulking question

I've got all my macros and micros set, how many pounds should I want to gain weekly? I don't care about cutting, I'm going over my goal weight so I can cut down to it.

I you don't care about fat gains I'd shoot for 1lb a week. Typically 2-4 a month is suggested

yeah 1 lb a week will guarantee you solid results in the gym.
But, you will def gain fat on it, if you care about fat gain go for .5lbs a week.

Not exactly, as macronutrient and/or micronutrient intake might be insufficient. Additionally, sufficient stimulus and sufficient rest is required for good results.

I'd still shoot for 2-3lb a month. No need to gain unnecessary excess fat.
