Made the mistake of posting this in misc and got nothing but reds and comments about my nipples. So posting here.
3 months lifting, first pic is day 1, second pic is 3 weeks in, last pic is the other day (3 months). 152lb -> 171lb
Diet is very clean, 150-180g protein, lots of carbs and low sugar. I lift 4-5 times a week for 45-60mins. My lifts are going up.
Last time I posted progress pics on the misc I was accused of being on a dreamer and looking better in the first pic, so I cleaned up my diet a lot.. how about now?
My chest doesn't seem to be making much progress, that's my major issue atm. I've had many many comments saying that I look good and muscular etc. etc. but from the misc I'm told that there's no difference blah blah blah, perhaps you guys can give me a proper evaluation of how I'm doing and perhaps what to change etc.

Yeah I wasn't expecting more than this tbh, I am quite happy with my results and my fwbs certainly are lol, but I just want to see if I am on the right track and if I should have made more progress by now. I overtrained a bit recently and for about a week or two my workouts were pretty poor but other than that I've been doing the same full body routine that my PT suggested when I started.
Not sure I should eat more? I eat 3300cals per day, I was on 3600 but the misc told me to cut that down so I did.✖ NO PORN ✖

JUst keep doing what your doing and change up when necc. Read as much as you can and above all have fun with it. That will keep you going for the next 50 years or so.

Forget the misc, most people in there are 7 foot tall and could deadlift 600lbs for reps if they wanted to.
I think you're doing fine, if your lifts are going up then keep doing what you're doing and forget what a bunch of miscers who have never picked up a weight think. third pick looks like your traps and delts are coming up good.

Cheers bro, I've had people literally gasp irl because I've gone from a skinny**** to this so I am quite happy, but keen to make sure I'm not getting complacent and doing things right.
Any thoughts on my chest? I feel like my pecs aren't coming along so great. I use a pecs fly machine and bench press but I gotta admit my press is one of the weakest parts of my routine; form is ok but for some reason I fatigue easily. Anyway I'd like to widen and lengthen them as much as I can... incline press or something?✖ NO PORN ✖

you should try a split... for example this is what i always fall on cuz its simple and I train alone most of the time...
chest/tri
back/bi
shoulder/legs
rest/or start over
^^if thats your routine I dont think youre doing enough for each part[300 Spartan Crew]

sorry i think i am confused, you just started lifting 3 months ago? if so, def start a newbie program like SS stated above. I personally think 15 reps is wayyyy too much. Are you trying to gain size? If you are up the weight, and lower the reps. There is a bit of a difference but its been too short of a time frame to tell, either that or youre getting slow gains.

Think it might be the photo, I'll try take a pic in the same mirror as the befores, because people keep remarking about how much bigger I look. but yeah, real talk 3 months is nothing and I realise that.
I'll switch to SS, I'm trying to gain size and that's it, time to be a big mofo and that's that.✖ NO PORN ✖
