Dear diary, today i saw triceps the size of my head. I feel confused and depressed, thinking of why do i not have triceps like cannon balls.. i mean... how... why....well i have decided to end my life as i know it. I can't live with the fact that i saw something so huge and dramatic..
Ok srs ur tris are insane, how long have u been liftin? natty?

They're not that big yet (only 18.5" cold ) but TY
And I generally hit them twice per week (Bigger muscle groups are worked 3+ times per week)
Heavy CGBP 5-7 Reps X 5 sets
Lower weight CGBP 12X4 sets
Pushdowns
Warmup set
Working setsX4 (12 reps)
Normal Bench
4X10
Over head Cable Extensions
4X12-15 reps
TBH I don't work them much anymore...they just grow on their own lul

OP, ive seen you write in a thread before that you do jujutsu, do you mean like old school japanese jujutsu or bjj? also do you do any specific training for martial arts in your routine or just pure bb, also how do you find your size affects your performance and have you found that being in a higher weight class cause of your new weight has made it more difficult for you, because you are fighting many people who are naturally at that size? cheers
