im pretty sure theyd be fine, they seem flat enough. i see people wearing those ALL THE TIME at the gym. i think its mostly because one of the personal trainers (a hoooooge short stocky black dude) wears em and they were just copying him but still running a chest every day routine, not even knowing why they bought the shoes lol
edit: and are my subs acceptable?

Wow... First morning workout in a while and it showed. For the bench portion I've been training at 155 just so that 150 would be easier and I've been getting it for at least 12..... Tried 150 today two hours after waking up with a granola bar in my system and c4, and I only got 10 reps , ill submit it but you can be sure ill have another vid in haha
