    Silly question about eggs and oatmeal

    Hi All,

    i'm trying to follow the Zero to Hero in one year fitness guide, My problem is understanding the breakfast meal, i'm not quite sure what im meant to do, am i just being silly?

    Breakfast:

    Egg Whites x8
    Whole Eggs x2
    Oatmeal With Flax Seeds - 1.5 Cups (Oatmeal)

    Am i meant to boil the eggs? scramble them? or fry? or am i meant to put them raw in with the oats a flax seeds?

    you can boil them or scramble them

    make sure you grind up the flax seeds with a spice grinder before putting them in the oatmeal

    You can buy flax meal then no grinding if you like flax. I like it and put it in breads.
