Hi All,
i'm trying to follow the Zero to Hero in one year fitness guide, My problem is understanding the breakfast meal, i'm not quite sure what im meant to do, am i just being silly?
Breakfast:
Egg Whites x8
Whole Eggs x2
Oatmeal With Flax Seeds - 1.5 Cups (Oatmeal)
Am i meant to boil the eggs? scramble them? or fry? or am i meant to put them raw in with the oats a flax seeds?

you can boil them or scramble them
make sure you grind up the flax seeds with a spice grinder before putting them in the oatmealyou are only here once

Scramble eggs, microwave oats for the tasty option.
Yes, your being silly.
You can buy flax meal then no grinding if you like flax. I like it and put it in breads.The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
