before 4 months !! my very very first muscle up was bad .. but look at me now .. he is good in human flags , but it's the easiest thing in street workout for me ... he should kill him self with the right workout !! that's what i'm saying ..

When you can post a video of yourself, doing half of what he did....then you can run your mouth. You can't really say "look at me now" when you haven't posted any videos or pics of you but that 1 half muscle up video.

Overall I was concerned with my aerobic abilities and martial arts for the last 3 years, but about half a year ago I decided to start training seriously on the streets and improve my strength&endurance.
Rather than paying for a gym membership, I spend my money on education and books
I prefer the streets where my roof is the sky
