First and most important question? .......................How long have you been working out?

How much do you work out?

Are you trying to GAIN weight or LOOSE weight?

I know how you feel and I agree with Ktothewire. It all comes down to your goals and how much time you are devoting to getting there. What is your food intake like? Are you taking supplements?

I've learned one thing, its not just the amount time you spend in the gym, it also is about what you are eating and how much your resting to get to your end goals.

Unless you tell us your goals, it'll be hard to offer proper assistance.
