had a question about weight loss

I know that there are steroids and human growth hormone to help you gain muscle but i was wondering if there was a drug that can help you cut weight as significantly as steroids help you gain muscle? Or can you use steroids or hgh to lose fat only? Curious here. Don't really care about the side effects so if you're gonna respond with "don't do it will kill you"... please don't.

ha bro if there was such a thing there would be no fat people, if you really want to lose weight you'll eat at a deficit and train hard if you don't do this you don't want it enough
