7 years of mixed martial arts and caged fighting experience:
Muscles don't do **** in a fight. Unless the fight is extremely disproportianate like a 13 year old girl versus the Incredible Hulk.
Technique, blocking, and knowing how to hit and where is more important than muscle.
If you do get into a fight with somebody please heed my suggestions:
1) Body shots do much more damage than head shots. The head is the ABSOLUTE MOST PROTECTED part of the body because of the brain! While you may break their nose or get a couple shots off, dealing kicks to the chest or punches underneath the arms or to the kidneys will end a fight almost immediately.
2) KEEP YOUR DAMNED GUARD UP. I am sick of seeing fights in my highschool and they are swinging these haily marry punches expecting to get a K.O and look like a badass. I may look like a ******* being 6'4" and kicking you once in the head with 430 lbs of force with a round house kick and breaking your jaw and dislodging your teeth but at least I won the fight. (I realise headshots are against my first point but I know what my body is capable of especially with head kicks being my specialty)
3) Do not wear yourself out. Block the opponent and wait for open areas to strike (Chest, ribs, groin, thighs) swinging at eachother constantly will do nothing but wear you both out and end up with no one winning.
4) THINK THINK THINK THINK THINK. DO NOT LET ANGER OVERWHELM YOU. Keep a clear mind while fighting if you let anger overcome you and do not think you are putting yourself in a position to hurt yourself. Let anger take over your opponent.
5) DON'T LOSE. A fight isn't about just who is the better fighter. A fight is everything you are. It is you masculinity, your pride, everything. PUT THE BODY BUILDING FORUM ON YOUR BACK
By the way, I do not condone fighting rather than as a sport.
Take my advice or not. It is advice. And as TMW says "do whatever the **** you want with it.
Be safe

What the scooby-dooby-do did you just say about me, you little scooby snack? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in The Mystery Gang, and I've been involved in numerous secret investigations in America, and I have over 300 confirmed fake supernatural villains uncovered. I am trained in ****-pants warfare and I'm the top pussy in the entire US supernatural investigation committee. You are nothing to me but just another phony. I will uncover your fake supernatural disguise with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my words. You think you can get away with trying to scare people around me? Think again. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of ghosts across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out your Halloween costume closet and gives me all your scooby snacks. Your tricks are mine, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can stop you scaring people in over seven hundred ways, and that's just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in solving mysteries, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the Ghost Busters' HQ and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your entire horror-inducing gags. If only you could have known what unholy retribution of trying to scare people and trying to frighten me would bring you, maybe you would have not of dressed up as a ghost at all. But you couldn't, you didn't, and now you're paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will **** fury all over your malevolent goals and you will watch me in your pathetic ghost suit as you're taken away in a police van. Your pranks are over, kiddo.

Kinda depends on who your fighting, if you have the same experience but your bigger maybe, i made the mistake last week of thinking i could beat someone smaller than me in a fight, some short guy thats always at my gym asked to spar with me, i said ok as i probably had about 60lbs on the guy, long story short ended up being george longinidis and i got my a** kicked

Its like saying "If I play the UFC game, will I be a better fighter?" There's a chance you picked up some knowledge, but in all reality it doesn't mean much.
But for all of you saying that size doesnt matter in a fight, your being ignorant. Strength definately plays a role in fighting. I've fought before. Only a few times. But the times I did, I won purely on strength and groundnpound.
I dont care how good of technique you have, when all your throwing at me is a 5lb chicken arm. I'm probably going to laugh and proceed with FSU.
That being said, if a bigger guy grabbed me.... I would probably get my ass kicked cuz I dont know shiit about fighting. I only fight if I really have to.

Yes and no. Obviously more strength is going to help you. But if you don't know how to fight it won't do you any good. When I was 140 pounds in high-school I got in a few fights, they soon realized it was a bad idea since I was a purple belt in BJJ at the time and now am a Brown belt. Muscles don't mean **** if you can't fight. But if you have muscles and can fight, then you're golden pony boy.
“You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth than go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers sayin’, you ain’t where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!"

a 120 lb MMA fighter could probably kick the **** out of a 300 lb power lifter as long as he doesn't find himself in a big old bear hug lol. but against you're average beta *******, yes. along with being able to apply more force, use more leverage, and absorb hits a little better, you'll also intimidate the fuk out of any scrawny ******* who tries to step to you...as long as you're decently built
