Obviously starred out "road", but when did this become a mod neg-able offense? It isn't even offensive. The 3-letter acronym was banned so people started using this word...... even the African-Americans on this board use it! What's the problem? (srs)

The weird thing is I MISC every day, and never once saw anything showing that this word was a neg'able offense. Where can we find info like this to avoid being mod negged 2 years into the past?
