BJ looks like he's been lazy as phuck again. Two extra months to train and he still comes in at 168 at 14% bodyfat. Macdonald looked dehydrated as hell, so he'll probably be coming in 20+lbs heavier than BJ.

Came in here to post this. Everyone had been posting of that video of BJ looking lean at 175lbs and saying he's motivated (for the thousandth time). He looked skinny fat at the weigh ins and weighed in at 7 lbs less than in said video. As I was saying, the video provides no proof of conditioning or what he will be like come fight night.--512 Austin TX crew---

BJ's strength and conditioning coach said he could go for SIX five minute rounds, but faded within the first. BJ was mentally broken by Rory and it's no surprise as I find BJ to be a "mental midget". The guy has/had great potential, but I think he's too far gone and need to hang em up.
It was pretty easy to call the Bendo fight. As I said, one of the main keys to victory were the leg strikes.
