I'm looking to get bigger and I've been working out lately and haven't really seen the results I want. I think this may be due to my diet. As a result I've decided to up my protein consumption (at the moment I get about 100 grams a day).
Anyways I don't want to turn to supplements yet as I'm still young and I think I'll have trouble buying some. I want to know some good foods I should go out and buy this weekend that are high in protein.

Why "lean" meat and egg whites? Do you want the OP to be deficient in dietary fat?
