    Bulking: Need More Protein

    I'm looking to get bigger and I've been working out lately and haven't really seen the results I want. I think this may be due to my diet. As a result I've decided to up my protein consumption (at the moment I get about 100 grams a day).

    Anyways I don't want to turn to supplements yet as I'm still young and I think I'll have trouble buying some. I want to know some good foods I should go out and buy this weekend that are high in protein.

    Maybe I'm not counting right. Here's a list of what proteins I ate yesterday:

    1. 5 mini croissants with 10 mini sausages from costco
    2. a pizza stick
    3. Roast beef and rice, about 1/2 a plate considering the ****ty school lunch serving size
    4. 1 maybe 8oz steak homemade, probably badly cooked

    Wth man, get some leaner meats, processed meat doesn't have complete protein and your body can't absorb processed junk very well, you will be getting less then half the nutrients.

    Clean cuts or nothing.

    Can you help me out with my diet? You seem fairly knowledgable about nutrition and tbh I have very little knowledge on it, I've just been lifting and enjoying noob gains but it seems now I need to eat more for this to actual work.

    OP buy a big jumbo pack of lean ground beef. pretty budget friendly for me (student) gets me protein for around 3 days. Also egg whites.
