Anyway, I can't tell you how to get there without knowing where you currently are. Are you skinny? Fat? Both?

You could achieve much better results in literally 4 months. His bodyfat is relatively high, he looks soft and weak. I don't know how skinny you are, but I was anorexic and surpassed that bro in several months. You can do the same.

as has been said you haven't exactly given much information about yourself which would have been useful if you are wanting people to help you.
and the other people who have posted here do kind of have a point about setting your goals higher. you say you want six pack abs and whatever and then you post a picture of some skinnyfat looking guy with possibly an even worse physique than me and say you want to look like him???

well i was very skinny but i started on the suppliments cos my older m8s recon that people like him r on steroids so i am taking some stuff (all legal stuff) but i put on a lot of weight very quickly.
