Fitness Coach in Northwest Houston Wanted

I have talked about it for years but 2013 is the year. I want to compete in my first fitness competition and I am looking for a trainer. I am new to Texas. I have been looking on the web and have only found a couple in Houston. I can't believe there aren't more trainers in the area...I have been working out and have lost 10% body fat but I know that I have to step it up.

So you are looking for like an in-person trainer? Have you ever thought of using an online prep coach? Honestly, if you have the drive and discipline to follow the routine with the necessary effort, prep coaches work just as well, plus tend to be significantly cheaper

I know you said you are in NW Houston...are you talking like the Spring/Woodlands area? There is a gym in town called Houston Gym that is owned by and IFBB pro and most of the people that train clients there are by contract and are current or former bodybuilders...My coach does both one-on-one training and online programs...his website is http://www.extremephysiques.com


I trained for my first show using an on-line coach and did extremely well, but you have to have the drive to push yourself, it can be done.

I'm not as far north as Spring or Tomball but close. I will check out that gym and trainer thanks! I believe I have the drive but everyone keeps telling me for my first show I should use a one on one trainer exspecially for the posing.
