I just tasted body tech whey protein, which is a vitamin shoppe brand, and for a protein powder its real good. I plan on getting a couple of bottles. I wanted to know what things I can do, such as food I can eat or if fiber will help, to help slow down the absorbtion of the whey.

What do you suggest to slow down whey protein absorbtion?
If you always talk about how you could be in great shape if you just worked out and ate right, why don't you just work out and eat right?

I know its the whole point of whey. However I am sooo sick of the mixes I get from protein factory that I make for slow digesting protein. They literally make me gag and I cannot stand them anymore. For nighttime I am going to start eating cottage cheese. But when I need a protein boost in the day time I wanna use this whey.

Why not just eat regular foods high in protein such as chicken, tuna, turkey, steak, etc?"You ain't got no problem Jules. I'm on the moterf--ker. Go back in there, chill them n-ggaz out and wait for the Wolf who should be coming directly."-marcellus wallace

Yeah its cheaper and easier on the stomach to have some whole food meals and some supplement meals. I do use myoplex but want a good tasting protein powder. Finally found it. And I assume malk is milk.
