Never Be Satisfied
Hey man, first of all lookin' good (no homo, of course). I guess the question is, cut down for what? Unless you're doing it just to look good, then the decision is yours alone!
Now, for some people, this IS cut! So, really, it's up to you.
Next question: how hot is it in Texas right now? What I'm getting at is this: Why not add more weight, and then start cutting in Feb? You have time to bulk a bit more. And, considering you are at.... eeeehhhhh..... 12-13% body fat, what's the harm in getting just a bit bigger? It won't take you long to cut down for swimming weather.

Not to hot here...in the 70's. I have never been as low as 9-10% I guess I just want to see how much definition I am hiding at the moment. I will give it some more thought....thanks for the reply. Reps for you.

looking really good, but i'd agree that you might as well bulk a little more then cut. 'cause youll likely lose a bit of muscle when you cut so it might be a good idea to have more muscle than you want in the end, maybe.

he's not going to lose "muscle", but he may lose some muscle glycogen
either option is fine
yes you have enough muscle to cut now, however if your self esteem can take the hit, i'd suggest bulking until spring starts

Thanks for the feedback. I really want to see myself down to 9% or so. I guess I can always go back to a lean bulk after.

if i were you i would bulk a few more months, because it looks like you're at about 12, maybe 13% then cut before summer. its up to you man! you could go either way!

Depends on how fast you cut. You can easily cut to your goal BF starting now and dont need to go hardcore, 1800cals/day, 30min cardio. But if you think you can be 100% commited to a hardcore cut and start it in March, then a winter bulk might be more rewarding. Either way, in my personal opinion, you already have enough muscle mass to look good at 9%.

You look good. I second bulking til spring though. Winter is the best time to bulk with all the lose **** you can wear. Cut in spring and you wont lose much muscle bro.

mind over muscles
u have more than enough mass to begin cutting.. If I were u Id cut to 8-9%, it would be more aesthetic. Then just keep urself lean, while gaining muscles slowly..

Looking good man. If you want to see how shredded you'd look at 8-9% go ahead, I think you have enough mass. But I think right after you see how cut you are, you're going to decide to lean bulk anyway. Guess it just depends what route you want to take.
Bulking takes a toll if you're used to being more defined.
