close grip curls
Are Close grip needed for bicep growth? Shoud i do Them i do medium grip.
Ez curl
Dumbell curl
Incline curl?x

Yeah man just herd some guys saying it give your bicep more growth. But i dnt realyy beleive that coz medium grip works the whole bicep. Have you ever done Them where they beneficial?

Dont use ez bar for curls, it cuts down on your ROM. Close grip works the outer head of the bicep which is responsible for the "peak".

Close grip and wide grip curls both emphasize two completely different parts of the biceps, thus it is a valid question.
Wide grip will be the short head, narrower grip will be the long head. IMO , most people have a lagging short head because people always do what's "more comfortable" and "allows for more weight in the exercise" which is always a narrower grip.
A standard Bicep routine:
- Barbell Curl ( Don't do it narrow)
- Incline Dumbbell Curl
- Preacher Curl
