What further additions should I put into my garage gym?

Awesome setup. If space is a concern I'd say ditch the VKR/Chin/Dip and add a Matador to the S3, add a plate loaded Lat Low row (take a look at the Bodycraft lat or a commercial version like Legend or EliteFTS),a compact leg press like the Bodycraft, and a GHR. Then again thats min. $3k US but you'd have a setup most would kill for.

I am planning on getting rid of the vkr because I already have a matador. I can get a ghr, but I can't seem to find a compact leg press nor a plate loaded lat low row in my area (I live in Toronto).
