Anyone have experience with sissy squats on this type of bench? I'm looking at it as an alternative to leg extensions. I also don't like the non-station version ( http://www.building-muscle101.com/im...sy-squat-2.jpg) which requires the knees to move anterior to the feet. The station appears to reduce the amount of knee stretch likely increasing safety of the movement.

I actually made one of these benches against my ortho's advice. I'll tell you from my experience that if you have any type of knee instablity or pass issues with tendon or liagments you're going to really aggrevate it. It actually is 2x's better than leg extensions but I feel its much more harmful to the knees...
