    Whats your budget?

What do you mean "barbell capabilities" are you looking for just a bench or do you want a stationary bench station like this: http://www.bayoufitness.com/e-series...-4423-main.jpg
It surprises me how many people refuse to buy equipment from Elitefts because its too expensive but they will buy equipment from their competitors, then continue to go on EFS website to educate themselves for FREE

Based on the info you provided, the IronMaster Super Bench is about the only bench I know of that will satisfy all of your requirements. It allows you to attach various accessories such as a decline leg attachment, spotting stand that can accommodate a barbell, and a cable tower.
