In a week, I have a month off from school, so I figured I would start hitting the gym harder try a new stack. Up until this point, I've only ever taken whey and creatine. I purchased a tub of DAA and a bottle of PES Erase. I'm a bit of an endomorph and slightly prone to gyno, so I want to make sure I am taking everything correctly before I begin my cycle this weekend. Should I start taking the DAA and Erase at the same time and end them at the same time before taking a month off (after 8 weeks), or should I take it like in the schedule below:
Week 1: DAA
Week 2: DAA
Week 3: DAA + Erase
Week 4: DAA + Erase
Week 5: DAA + Erase
Week 6: DAA + Erase
Week 7: Erase
Week 8: Erase
Take 4 weeks off
I plan on taking 3g of DAA each day with breakfast, and 2 capsules of Erase each day (1 with breakfast and one around dinner). After I see how the erase effects me, I may up the dose to 3 a day. Does this seem good? I'm assuming I can continue taking my current 5g of creatine monohydrate each day also while on this stack?
