    NanoVapor!!!! Get in!!!

    Before I start my log, I would everyone to know that this is my first log, and I am pumped to see what results I will get from it! I also want to say thanks to Jake from MuscleTech for giving me this opportunity! I haven't used a pre-workout in awhile, so I expect it to see some good results!

    As for my experience with MuscleTech products, I currently am taking MuscleTech 100% Premium Creatine, and about a year and a half ago I went through 2 months of Gakic, which gave me excellent results.

    I received my blue raspberry NanoVapor yesterday, and I got it just in time to get in a solid workout! For this month I will be doing Wendler's 5/3/1, and I have been doing this since January. My main goal right now is strength, but I don't want to gain too much excess bodyfat in the process. I'm wanting to pull 500x3 this month so I am hoping this can do the trick! I am doing the bodybuilder routine with 3-4 assistant exercises on my lifts.

    I also am having a problem posting before pictures right now because I can't find the cord for my camera, so if anyone on here has experience with posting pictures from an IPhone please let me know.

    Height: 6' 2"

    Starting Weight: 223

    For this month, the maxes I am working off of/Actual max:

    Deadlift: 525/515-525 (Tuesday)

    Overhead Press: 190/215-225 (Thursday)

    Squat: 475/515 (Saturday)

    Bench Press: 305/325-335 (Sunday)


    My first workout yesterday went great! I took my NanoVapor about 20 minutes before hitting the gym, and I could hardly handle sitting still in my car because of the energy! I went with just above 1 scoop to start off, and I'm hoping I don't build up a tollerance and have to use 2 scoops before the month is up. I loved the taste!!!! I don't know how Jake knew my favorite flavor was Blue Raspberry!

    My workout went as follows:

    Deadlift-

    Standing t-bar rows-
    3 45's+25x15

    Weighted pull-ups (dead hang)-

    All I have to say is WOW! I kept the energy throughout the whole workout! The focus I got from this is unreal! All I cared about was lifting heavy and not letting anyone get in my way. After the first day I will rate it as follows:

    Taste- 10/10 (only because I love blue raspberry )
    Energy- 8/10
    Focus- 10/10

    The last pre-workout I used was EXT Go, and I must say the energy and focus doesn't even compare to NanoVapor so far. I can't wait to see what's to come for the rest of the month!!! This post is actually from yesterday's workout, so I will be back tomorrow letting you know how my shoulder day goes!!!

    Last, I would like to say if anyone has any advice that would help my log to let me know! I need constructive criticism! I will include some videos from my workouts as well to let y'all see what it does for me!!!

    Thanks guys, I appreciate the follows! Got my 2nd workout in this afternoon with NanoVapor! I again took just over a scoop, and that once again did the trick! I had to take it on my way to the gym, so I sat in my car and turned up the music while I waited on it to kick in. I have to say that this is definitely better on focus than it is on energy, for me. It is really unbelievable almost how focused I am. I was able to hit a PR on Overhead Press, so that is always an awesome way to start a workout! Sorry, I was wrong about the max I was planned on going off of, I guess I had 190 in my head from last month. I got to bump it up to 195 this month! Here's how my lifts went....

    I don't do too many bicep workouts, because I'm focusing on the big 4 lifts.

    Alright guys sorry about not updating my log after my work out last night! I had a final I had to get done so I could chill out and watch football today haha. I upped my dosage on my NanoVapor the past 2 workouts to a scoop and a half! I just want all the energy I can, and I want to make sure I get the best results out of it! I will say that I haven't stopped feeling the same exact effects as I did the first 2 workouts with it! Squat day wasn't great yesterday, my right hamstring is feeling a little bit of pain, could be the leg curls. I really feel it then more than any other time.

    Still though, I will update you on how my legs and chest day went!

    I had an awesome deadlift day in the gym yesterday! Even after a few workouts, the taste is still 10/10! I think I am going to bump up the dosage to 2 scoops on Saturday when squat day rolls around. I can tell that I don't have the same energy as I did the first workout with the same dosage, but I would still give it a 7/10! Usually the pre-workouts I take only give me energy for a couple workouts, so I would say so far NanoVapor is definitely one of the top 2 pre-workous I have taken.

    Now on to the workout... I usually go with a touch-and-go deadlift, but I decided to pause at the ground for a couple seconds before, this way I could work on my form a little bit! Sorry, but no vids today! I'll get one next Tuesday when I get to workout with 500!!!

    475x4! Even with the pause at the bottom! I could have got 5-6 with touch-and-go so this is huge for me!!! NanoVapor is helping me kill these weights!

    Time to update my log from Thursday's and today's workout!!! I wasn't able to get a video of my overhead press day, I was the only one in the gym, but I was lucky enough to get a video of my squat today! I upped my dosage to 2 scoops for both workouts. Energy is still there, which continues to surprise me, and the blue raspberry flavor never gets old!!! I did get a headache a little towards the end of my workout, though. This has happened with me before when I take pre-workouts, but I'm still always able to get my workout in before the headache really kicks in. Not sure I need to bring the dosage down or what. Still had great workouts!!!! Here's how they went...

    Thanks for checking in Jake, I love the gains I am getting right now!

    I had another really good chest day yesterday, and I decided to straighten up my form a little bit and go really slow and controlled because of all the criticism I got on the teen board. I actually got negged by one guy that took all my rep points away because of my squat and bench form. I do have real excuses for my form, such as a torn PCL a couple years ago, and a torn right pectoral muscle last October as well, which is why I am not able to do much chest, but excuses are like buttholes, everybody has them, and they all stink, so I'll take the hate and continue to improve.

    I brought the dosageback down to 1 and a half scoops yesterday to see if I would still have a headache, and I never got one! So i think I am going to stick with that for the rest of the cycle. The energy was still there, too! I went to the gym on only 6 hours of sleep or so, so I am very happy with the results I was still able to have! Well, here we go!!!

    Bench-

    275x5 (all are slow, with a pause on the chest)
    I was also able to get 305x1 right after all of this really easy!!! Just thought I'd throw it on and see how it would go up!

    I am more than pumped to get a video of my first attempt at a 500 deadlift tomorrow!!! I'll be #4 in my gym and go on the max board with it, so the adrenaline combined with NanoVapor should make for a heck of a day!!!

    I'll try and get you on the RC, however looking forward to this Vid, keep the form tight ! I love when gyms have the Max boards, gives it that old school feel. Just down the Nano Vapor, than use some of the powder as chalk, grip it and rip it.....srs?

    Alright guys I had the best deadlift day of my life tonight!!! I pulled 500x2!!! With a vid Thank you NanoVapor!!! I am not sure if it was the pre-workout, or because today was 500, but I have never been as pumped up as I was tonight. I kept my dosage at 1 and a half scoops again today, and it worked better than it ever has.

    Here's how my day went!

    Deadlift-

    500x2!!!!
    Really was an awesome pull for me.

    Deadlift drained me from here on out, but it was well worth it.
