    Mixing supplements

    Hey guys
I'm in 8th grade,6"0,150lbs. I'm trying out for varsity lacrosse in the spring and I wanna gain weight/muscle for the season while still remaining quick. I take whey protein now but I want to add creatine and mass gainer. Good or bad idea? If good, do I take all 3 in a shake post workout or seperately? If no,why not? I just need to gain weight and get stronger to be able to compete with 12th graders as an 8th grader. If you think this combo is bad, what supplements should I take to gain the results I want?
Thanks guys I really appreciate your help
    Will

Goodness you should absolutely not being doing that... the fact that your parents even let you have have supps... smh.

You shouldn't be taking ANY supplements. If you want to gain weight then eat food. You don't get gains from supplements you get gains from eating more calories than you burn.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

I ate alot and lifted for the past 3 months, no results. Gained 2lbs. I just thought supplements would speed up the weight gain. I go to the gym 5-6x a week if it matters

You may be overtraining. Read up in the nutrition section and learn how to figure up the calories you need, protein amount, etc.. I'd drop the supps, at your age your testosterone is high enough that if you get enough calories, sleep, and train properly, you'll gain mass fairly quickly.

The problem is your not eating enough then... protein powders aren't magic. It's basically a liquid chicken breast.

    Drink more milk.

15? WTF stay off the supplements until senior year in high school mate. I started taking protein and bcaas at 18. All you need, but DO NOT start sooner.
