Started my cut but need a few pointers on deficit etc.

    Hey all,

I have lost a lot of weight in the past and lift and do cardio regularly. I eat pretty clean for the most part, but am unsure on my calories. I have started using myfitnesspal app and love it for counting cals/macros. I havn't been paying too much attention to macros except for protein and keeping in my deficit. The calc on the app seems way low, and read on here about freedieting.com and using there calorie calc. I am 6'00, 24 yrs old at 206.6 lbs. So far I have lost 6lbs.

My biggest issue is I want to preserve my muscle I have gained. What do you guys think my calories should be at to not lose to much weight too fast? I have made that mistake in the past and don't want to screw up my gains. 2200? Any help would be appreciated.
