Currently I'm in my bulking phase as an off season bodybuilder. I do low rep counts and eat as much carbs as I want to. I've always been a 100% natrual bodybuilder so I look for any new supplement to get me bigger and stronger.
Thanks again to App Nut for hooking it up. I went on their website and read that people who stacked Free Test and No-Uptake experienced "PH" like gains. We shall see...

No notice yet on uptake because #1 I havent trained shoulders in a 1 month, and #2 I used a different preWO sample taht I got from BPI Pump-HD, instead of 1 scoop presurge and 1 scoop craze. To many vairables, but I was suprised I was still able to pound out the 90lbs dumbells.
But doing legs tonight so I definatlly will notice a difference that NO-Uptake should give me.BPI Brand Ambassador

Had a good leg day tonight. A little dissapointed in the squats, same reps amount as last week, but the leg press increased. Also adding on two 45lbs plate to the entire stack for leg extions is the one that drained me. It felt good to go heavy again.
Again sorry appnut but its hard to tell the pump effects from No-Uptake when doing legs. However, my upperbody looked pumped after I changed my shirt in the lockeroom. Tomorrow night is the real test because im hitting up back and havent missed a back day in months and I know what my normal pump is.
Question for the reps: WHen should I feel the effects of FreeTest? 2 weeks?

My confirmations were correct about getting a pump on my upper body while training legs. My gf came over after the gym and asked if I worked upperbody instead of legs. I told her no and asked why? She said because it looks like I trained upperbody due to having the pump. She's no noob to the gym either, she has a 275lbs squat and deadlift. She's only 5"3 130lbs.
So now I really cant wait to hit up back tonight.BPI Brand Ambassador

Overall had a good workout tonight. I did notice a slightly better pump while on No-Uptake. But noticed better undurance especially on the pull ups and things I did higher rep counts. Doing some bi's tonight so this should be the biggest test of no-uptake.

Week 1 progress report
FreeTest: So far no change in libido, mood, aggression, etc... Also no gains in the gym that are out of the normal. But I am only about 6 days into taking FreeTest. Even when I took other test boosters, I didnt see gains untill the 2nd week.
No-Uptake: A increase in pump especially when doing legs for some reason, my upperbody is way more pumped than normal.BPI Brand Ambassador

Legs: Cancelled. I forgot I took 2 black cats this morning and then my preWO at 1700 was 3 scoops nano vapor (sample packet). So I had cold sweats and felt like throwing up every rep I did. But untill I did I had a good pump going after taking no-uptake.BPI Brand Ambassador
