    With all that said now a little bit about myself.





    I'm a fulltime dad of 4 kidos. I'm 41 6'4 285lbs an I started getting serious with weightlifting about 2yrs ago an have loved it every sense.

    My goal is to pack on more lean muscle mass/Strength.

    What I'm hopping to achieve from the MuscleTech Nano Vapor. Is something like a Chemical Explosion in my Bloodstream. Yeah I'm sure some may say thats just crazy,but I say bring it on. Lets unleash this freak. Tomorrow I will be doing just that letting the vapor flow. And a taste of my music to set the mood while at the gym. Will be (Hypocrisy- Weed Out The Weak) just to set it off.

    Monday - Chest and Triceps

    Chest Exercise:

    Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets of 10,8,8,6 reps

    Incline Bench Press: 3 sets of 8,8,6 reps

    Decline Bench Press: 3 sets of 8,8,6 reps

    Dumbbell Flys: 2 sets of 10 reps

    Dumbbell Pullover: 2 sets of 8 reps


    Triceps Exercise:

    Tricep Extension: 4 sets of 10,8,8,6 adding weight on each set

    Tricep Dip:3 sets of 10 reps

    Tricep Bench Dip: 3 sets of 8 reps



    Tuesday - Back and Biceps

    Back Exercise:

    Chin Up: 2 sets of 8 reps

    One Arm Dumbbell Row: 3 sets of 8 reps

    Seated Row: 2 sets of 8 reps

    Bent Over Barbell Row: 2 sets 0f 8 reps

    Lat Pull Down: 3 sets of 10,10,8


    Biceps Exercise:

    Standing Barbell Curl: 3 sets of 8,8,6 reps

    Close Grip Preacher Curl: 3 sets of 8,8,6 reps

    Incline Dumbbell Curl: 2 sets of 12-14 reps

    Concentration Curl: 2 sets of 10 reps


    WEDNESDAY - REST DAY


    Thursday - Shoulders and Forearms

    Shoulders Exercise:

    Machine Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 10 reps

    Dumbbell Reverse Fly: 3 sets of 8-10 resp

    Military Press: 4 sets of 10 reps

    Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 2 sets of 10 reps

    Dumbbell Shrugs: 2 sets of 10 reps

    Upright Row: 2 sets of 10 reps


    Forearms Exercise:

    Standing Wrist Curl: 4 sets of 10 reps

    Barbell Wrist Curl: 4 sets of 10 reps



    Friday - legs

    Legs Exercise:

    Day 1 Of MuscleTech's Nano Vapor

    Day 1 Of Nano Vapor:

    I start everyday at 6:30am by 7:00am i'm dressed an having 1 protein shake before my workouts,an shortly after my workout. About 35/40 after downing the shake I start with what you can see in the pics. The muscleTech's Nano Vapor! In the past I've always had a shyness for (Blue Raspberry) it's never been my flavor.

    As I stated Blue Raspberry hasn't been my flavor till now, I don't usally put very much thought in how my Pre-workout Sups taste. I'm looking for the (Effectiveness) I've tried many Pre-workout Sups before an they all claim to do the same thing. SO lets see what MuscleTech's Nano Vapor can do?


    Ok on to the mixing part. I mixed 1 1/2 scoops with 4oz of water,an what i got was a sweet taste but not overpowering an it turned a green like color. Comparing it to someothers the sweetness is just to much even when i add more water.

    The 1 1/2 scoops seams to be the sweet spot for me. Also as you can tell from the pic I noticed there isn't any kind of Floaty/Gritty pieces on top or the bottom of my shacker. Thats a plus!

    I downed the Nano Vapor 30mins before I hit the gym. And guy's let me tell you I was very impressed with the effects. 10mins after downing Nano Vapor I felt a warming felling in my face.

    Then it was like turning on a Light Switch I got what I've been looking for the (EXPLOSION) I've always wanted an could never find .

    My body was tingling by this time OH WHAT A RUSH. The focus I had was intence. My pumps where so insane, I felt as if I was a human reckoning machine. Like a freak in that gym lol for me there's nothing like that feeling.

    On to the taste guy's I've got to be Honest here the MuscleTech's Nano Vapor version of Blue Raspberry tastes remarkable excellent. The taste to me has a jolly rancher taste. And I can see where Tony6510 says it tastes like a Bomb Pop,I get that as well lol.

    I also noticed With Nano Vapor right from the start I like how it has NO CARBONATION.

    With NO CARBONATION means you get NO FOAMING,an this my friends makes me a happy man lol .










    It's been 7 hours now an I stil haven't had that dreadful crashing we all hate. I still feel as I have good energy.

    I wanted to see if I could set my PRs an did I ever. I had an awesome first day on MuscleTech Nano Vapor. I am 1 of those who likes going crazy when I train,but never found the right Per.

    Legs are up tomorrow lets see if Nano Vapor shows up?

    Ok I just put up a few PRs for some of this workout. Overall I had a great first day with Nano Vapor.

    Thursday - Shoulders and Forearms

    Shoulders Exercise:

    Machine Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 10 reps=(90) reps 10, (180) reps 10, (270) reps 4

    Dumbbell Reverse Fly: 3 sets of 8-10 resp

    Military Press: 4 sets of 10 reps = (135) reps 10, (225) reps 10, (315) reps dropped 6, (365) best rep 3

    Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 2 sets of 10 reps

    Dumbbell Shrugs: 2 sets of 10 reps. The Dumbbells at my gym only go to (135),so I these with a barbell first set (315) 10 reps second set my best today was (765) 8 reps.

    Upright Row: 2 sets of 10 reps, (135) reps 10, (165) 3 reps


    Forearms Exercise:

    Standing Wrist Curl: 4 sets of 10 reps

    Barbell Wrist Curl: 4 sets of 10 reps

    My friends I see at the gym noticed a difference in my focus/energy/pumps. I was throwing the weights around like they're 10lbs lol.

    They ask what are you on this morning lol. I said I can't tell ya lol no the New MuscleTech's Nano Vapor it's sick.

    I also have noticed with the MuslceTech Nano Vapor I'm not crashing,An that to makes me a happy man .

    Now let's see who all is paying attention to this thread? And tell me what ( 1 ) crazy thing you do as your getting ready to hit the weights?

    I'm convinced with the bolded that you really are the Undertaker, lol.

    (1.) I don't do anything crazy before getting ready or doing a 1RM. I lift with intensity, but I don't punch my self in the head or yell out loud or anything. I take a few videos of my last sets when I do logs sometimes. That last set could be hard as hell and I think I am making all this noise, but when I watch it on video it doesn't look hard, even though it was hard as hell. I bloodied up my shins from deadlifting the other day. I ususally do it with long pants on. That picture is in the first post of my log. I thought that was pretty cool.

    Lol yeah I seen that pic of the shins. The only thing I do what i call crazy,is I'll stare at thew wall lol.

    365 Military... That's awesome.

    Don't really go too crazy. When using dumbbells, (shoulder or chest press), as they sit in my lap ready to go back, I sway back and forth for about 10 seconds and explode. For leg press, I make sure I play the same song every time. Without the song, I couldn't press as much. A bit superstitious but hey whatever works!

    I can say 1 thing for sure MuscleTech's Nano Vapor I'm not having any crashes. How about anyone else? I'm really surprised with this.

    This stuff just makes me go insane when I hit that gym floor. It's like your mind an body just doesn't wanna stop. I do all my sets an before I know it I've passed my PRs,an I can do more but it was my last set lol.

    Just hook me up intravenously an let it flow It's only been 2 days of taking Nano Vapor an so far so good. I really wanted to hit squats to day but still having a little prob with the knee.

    There really isn't anything in Nano that would give a crash. A lot of PRE have 300 plus MGS. of caffeine a scoop and not to mention geranium. I always crashed on PREs that had that. The old Jack3d for example.

    I have to agree with the no crash...i think thats one of the many good things about Nano-Vapor.

    Anyway i dont want to be tombstoned as jake mentioned so ill be subbing
