Didn't look at the numbers but your lifting seems heavier. Don't know how to describe it.. but like you look more solid? Maybe technique has it's part on it too,, dunno..

i don't think it can fairly be called "lazy" when you've been getting bent over by work. thanks very much, it's good to hear that.
yeah, i'm a slow learner but i get there eventually...
why aren't you on 50 ppp yet? but it is still 25 pages of pure *******ry, which i agree is too much. hence the below change.
lol, everyone hated on my music anyway. yeah, combination of strength improvements, technique improvements and a lot more confidence means i'm starting to look like maybe i know a little bit about how to lift. long way to go still, but things are much better.
