    Cut or Bulk? BF estimate please

    I have no muscle mass so i dont know if I should cut or bulk. I know there's a thousand of these threads but there's so many different opinions and just wanted to know what I should do. Also BF estimate please.

    Definitely bulk mate. If you cut now, you'll go from skinnyfat to just plain skinny. Bulk now, cut later, result = shredded

    Yeah I've ate terrible my whole life, surprised im not in a lot worse shape. I'm trying to clean up my diet.
