    9 week cut progress. 178 to 165.

    Thanks for responses brahs. In terms of advice i would say just keep it slow, no need to rush into it.

    Having saying that im struggling abit myself now, losing strength and feeling small and weak mentally! just got to power through it though i suppose

    mirin hard ohpee. that lower back thickness of peace, u deadlift a lot?

    my goal weight is around 165 as well, im cutting atm, 170 ish now . this thread motivated me further. on recharge if not will rep.

    edit: whats ur maintenance cals and how many cals were u eating on this cut? how many lbs loss/week? was it hard getting the last 5 ish lbs in terms of energy/hunger? thanks ohpee
