I had some pain in my forearm too, had it checked out and turned out it was tendonitis...soo maybe tendonitis? If it is, just need to rest for a few days.

Tendonitis is not a few day fix you have to continually be proactive as its inflammation hence the itis part. You need to rest ice stretch and start to preform high rep forearm exercises 20 to 40 reps regularly. These are suggestions from the orthopedic pa I saw take it or leave it. I'm sure if you go they will say the same. Also examine your form and if you want more info on stretches or exercises pm me. Do not let it progress or you will be out the gym for awhile and be a sad panda

Have you tried resting for a few days and stretching the area? Do you think it's muscle or connective tissue related?
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

I used to get forearm tendonitis when I did a lot of overhand pullups and overhead pressing with full ROM (bringing the bar down to my chest). It took a while for that to go away.

Ah - Tennis elbow. Yep - fun stuff. Do chin-ups instead (palms facing you)
