Is this all fat? (pics)

Not sure what section to have put this in, but seeing as I'm 19 and having issues in getting shape.

My concerns are my chest area. I have had man boobs for quite some time and only recently have i started taking the gym seriously and start doing cardio every day along with weight lifting.

I've also been reading a lot about Gynocomastia and the symptoms such as puffy nipples...
My nipples are puffy when the temperature is warm, but they look alright when hard. I am hoping it is all fat and can be burnt off by cardio excercise, and hopefully my nipples will no longer be puffy once the fat is gone.

I don't think it could be Gyno as i can't really seem to feel any lumps nor do they hurt when i squeeze them. Just feel soft and flabby really...
What do you guys think?
