Chest day, shoulder day.
monday: Chest, Tricep
Tuesday: Shoulders, Bicep, back
wednesday: legs, abs
Thursday: Chest, tricep
Saturday: Shoulders, bicep, back
sunday: Legs, abs
To much shoulders? to often? or is it ok?
I will rep anyone who gives me a ok answer. Even if i only got like 5 rep power. (Still wants to show that i appreciate that you guys put time in answering my questions.)

show your whole routine.. but monday chest and tuesday shoulders it not a good idea
