The test alone is $599. Might as well get the CPT pro course for $699 which comes with the book and online materials (videos, activities ,quizes, practice test)

Also, depending on your urgency, NASM has their Pro version go on sale every few months for $599 if you wanna save the 100 bucks. The online courses and practice test are very nice imho.

Or you could get the ACSM-CPT, all the ACSM materials, and buy the NASM book in case you missed anything. I think all of this would come in under what the NASM certification costs. From what I hear, the ACSM test is more difficult as a result of covering more materials.
