    Help!

    What's a workout that will get my calves and thighs just completely RIPPED! I'm 13 and play football and want those strong tree stump thighs and huge calves for running over defensive players

    Why don't you just do calf extensions and squats?

    What about inner thigh. And do calf extensions work all 3 muscles in the calf?
