Pretty much as the title says. Did a search and didnt come up with a real lot, some saying it does, some saying it doesnt.
So basically i would like to know, if i cook 100g of raw turkey steak, it will obviously (once cooked) end up weight 75g or whatever it may be. Most of this weight is water, but does protein content also drop from the ~22g/100g?
