    I noticed faster gains when performing the big compounds twice a week. When I tried 4/5 day splits I didn't feel there was a reason for 6 whole days before working the same body part again. It felt like wasting time. It also doesn't take 7 different chest exercises in a workout to stimulate growth.

    I only do 4 days atm because I go to failure on nearly every set. Cant go 5 days as im totally burned out at the end of the week.
