I currently am running a 5 day split workout but might be switching it up here soon. I am a full time student at the University of Akron and I am going for my Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Working out is mainly a hobby I picked up after high school and just recently started taking it more seriously as of last year.
I will be uploading my Back/Bi's workout after I get back from the gym along with pictures of how the product mixes up and the scoop size comparison. Lets get it started!

Thanks guys for dropping in!
I am going to be updating my Tuesday workout with pictures of how the product mixed here within the next hour.
Love the taste of the new improved nano vapor as well. I have been using 1 1/3 scoop and that seems to be ideal for me. I would almost compare it to the blue raspberry taste of a bomb pop lol. I ust to eat the crap out of these as a kid and for some reason it reminds me of that flavor.
Here is a picture just in case some of you haven't heard of them before.

This is how the product mixed up in my water bottle. It looks a little bit darker in the photo but the color looks like a cobalt blue to me when I mix it up.

Comments:
Definitely enjoyed my first workout experience with this product. Had no stomach issues or anything like that while working out also. The taste is a pretty good blue raspberry flavor as comparing it to the old formula flavor. Can't wait to see how it helps me on my next workout!Free Agent

Nice session. I believe that 1 1/2-2 scoops is going to be my sweet spot. I do not see how people can do three; I would be too wired to workout. lol
I love bomb pops; they remind me of a simpler time. Vapor reminds me of the looks and taste of blue raspberry NO Xplode. I do think it works better though.****GOLD LIST MEMBER****

Yeah it sort of does have that taste but I just can't use no xplode because of the carbonation in it. Makes my stomach feel upset during my workouts since I train fasted lol.
Looks like this but instead of the car being behind it there are weighted plates on both of the sides where you grip. I will take a picture of it tomorrow when I am at the gym so you can get a better visual.

Thanks Undertaker lol jk
Yeah I would definitely recommend giving the weighted chains a shot on the bench press. I have been seeing strength gains almost every month just from switching it up to some resistance exercises. If I had a spot I probably would go a little heavier but my brothers are very hard to motivate into going to the gym.
Thanks for dropping in man! Yeah I definitely am enjoying it so far as well.Free Agent

Yeah you can't go wrong with it seriously man. I would pick them up as long as they aren't breaking your bank that much.
Haha yeah I went threw tons of workout partners so it really doesn't bug me anymore. I think it is more peaceful lifting by yourself but then again the only down fall is not having a spot :/. Not usually a big deal for me since there usually is a decent amount of people at the gym I lift at now. Love those 24/7 access card gym's lolFree Agent

My brother is the same way. He was motivated for about a year, and then he just stopped for a couple of weeks. I cannot get his ass back in there on a regular basis.
I cannot even count the number of workout partners I have been through in the past 8 years. Some lasted years and some lasted weeks. I do not mind working out alone, but my weights can never reach their full potential because of the missing spotter. I workout at home, so I do not have the luxury of other people around me to grab a spot from. However, the pros outweigh the cons when it comes to working out at home
instead of a gym in my opinion, especially when you have a 1 ½ year old little girl.
I have always wanted to try the chains or resistance bands attached to the bench, but I have never had the funds. I am hoping to have some extra money this next year, and that will be one of my purchases for sure.****GOLD LIST MEMBER****

Dude that sounds exactly like my older brother. He will be dedicated for a couple months and get in decent shape but then he will just quit going until he gets really skinny again. Kind of is like a never ending cycle really lmao. Yeah I definitely would enjoy to have a home gym but it is very expensive from what I have seen and don't have the space unfortunately :\.
Yeah I lifted at our YMCA for approximately a year but there gym didn't have enough equipment for me. only had dumbbells that went up to 60lb and then skipped to 85lb... only had 1 bench, 1 squat rack... and there open hours were very dumb and annoying to work around. This gym I am going to now is 24/7 and only cost 40$ a month for a family plan. The YMCA was costing us 54$ a month and wasn't really worth what we were getting out of it since we never used the pool.Free Agent

I have to say ive also trained with people and unless i find somebody who is just as dedicated as me id rather work out alone. People either talk to me too much, try to joke around or just aren't as serious as i am...i found when im by myself i can get myself into a zone and if i need the spot there is always plenty of people. I used to workout at a smaller gym where i knew everyone and i was one of the biggest guys there but i just upgraded to a much nicer gym with everything i could ever want...plus more serious lifters and people that are bigger than me which is always a motivator for me
Sorry to steal the spotlight...ill be following along
