I got my diet in check and weight started to fall off with the adding of cardio. I just tried posting some pictures but ill have to throw them in my BodySpace cause i dont have 50 posts. I am trying to figure out my BF% my phones app says around 23.3%. I plan to cut another 20lbs so hopefully that will lower it!

Eh, I don't think being 6 foot or slightly above would hinder gains. I don't have an issue with it. I just train as hard as I can and never use excuses. Good job to you guys in this thread though.

I stayed around 240 to 255 most year round until August I changed my whole diet up and dropped red meat after years of eating tons of it. Since then with the new changes body fat has dropped a ton and I have cut cardio down to 2 days a week from 6 so I could keep as much size on me as possible. I think after all these years I have my diet down perect and hope to continue to make progress with it. In school i was only 140 mpounds so it's nice to be in better shape now than then. As far as pics, I have a ton on my bodyspace, just have to shrink them down to get them on here. Will try later.

When I know i will be gone i try to prepare some chicken breast and keep in tupperware. they will stay good in fridge for nearly a week. Greek yogart has become my new best friend as well as peanut butter. Always see if you can pack some veges and some fruit. Taking off like that can be tough when you dont have time to plan. Protein powder always comes in handy and can mix with water or milk easy. I try and alway keep some back up foods available when i know i can't prepare my normal meals. Not very detailed and I'm sure you already know most of this, but I hope it helps.

It's hard to tell with not a lot of pics , but from what I do see i'd say the app is pretty close but i'd get a trainer that's has been doing body fat for awhile at your gym to use some calibers to get a better reading. Don't know how good the apps are when you start gaining that extra muscle.

Thanks broski
I want to say it has been about 6 years now (first few years were on and off) and a bunch of trial and error. People always ask me how long I've been lifting seriously and I can never answer because each year I get more serious and look back at the previous year like wtf was I doing lol.Instagram: @SixFiveSwag
No excuses just heavier weights.
