Hey guys,
I just wanted to make a thread for 6 ft tall and above. As we know it is much harder for our limbs to fill out as most of us have long ass arms and legs.
So this is a place we can share our stories, progress pics, Strategies, and really just help each other out. Other heights are welcome as well of course, but my
goal is to get a thread going for people with Stats Similar to mine.
I am currently 6'0 210 lbs. I have been bulking for 6 months, and will Bulk for 2 more months, then begin my very first cut in Feb (Which i'm pumped for)
I would love to see some before and after pics of your Cuts and how they went. How long they took, bf% loss, and weight loss.
Also if you have any questions or want some advice i would be happy to help!
You will find my 6 month progress pic on this post!

Thats a solid bulk man!
6ft+ isn't too bad when you're fat and overweight then when you lean out you look pretty damn proportional imo. I had scrony legs being overweight for some reason but when I leaned out i gained mass on my legs and everything just evened out.
My b4 & after. Even though i posted b4

lol idk if im that low yet... i still need to work on it a lil more
Its funny cause we both are on the other side of the spectrum. 3500 a day ur lucky as fuark bro! Im at about 2200 a day...my diet b4 my cut was clean but in excess prolly 3000 cals plus, but i was drinking like every other day so that beer gut was crucial. Quit drinking and lower my cals then the rest just melted off really.
Wats your weight goal at for your bulk or are you shooting for time frame?

Yea the alcohol will kill your diet lol. but thats why Bulking is easier than cutting because you can get away with things like that. In moderation of course.
I dont really have a weight goal. Basically just bulking until Feb, then start a cut for spring break. I live in Panama City Beach so you know I need to be lean haha!
Im hoping to put on some more muscle in the next 2 months, but im ready to cut either way. Im prob around 15% Bf right now and I dont like it!
did you do abs and cardio a lot while cutting or just let the diet do the work?

Yea like I Said I have never done a cut before, as i have always been pretty scrawny. My good friend is a bodybuilder and he NEVER does cardio and rarely does abs thats why i asked you what your cut was like. you have a great shape to your abs. I guess I will find out what im working with in a few months lol.
I do weighted abs every once in a while but not too often. I know they are already under there i just have to lose the fat.

6'5'' checking in! I am still in the process of cutting until 200-210lbs! I am pretty new to working out with a goal in mind. Before i was that moron at the gym that would just lift for no reason. Now i got my goals set and looking to drop another 20lbs. I am unsure if 210lbs is a good weight to cut to but if its not good enough ill cut more! .
