I am at the beginning of same journey, just got started and week one of cycle one of all pro's and eating 3-400 under at 2500. Want to get to 86kgs (190 ish). How long did it take to start looking like you were in reasonable shape?

in 12 weeks you'll be in reasonable shape you'll start to know the changes in 15 days with the right diet..

You stalking me bro. I used to lift at Hamilton Fitness but they closed and now I lift at Gold's.

I usually leave it the same and only switch it I stall and then ill play with the rep scheme and switch out exercises.

Looking solid my man. Really this is where I'd like to get to. I'm not so much into BB, but just want to look good naked. Hopefully that can be reached just bulking on a strength routine then cutting down. I can't be bothered to do all these crazy hypertrophy splits :P

Interesting man. Looking at that first picture just reminds me how tall I actually am. Huge difference compared to the normal pictures you see.

Hey, 6'3'' dude is with you guys! Been hitting it hard for a two years but only been really tracking progress and following a program for half that time. Gained twenty pounds. Want to gain twenty more but bulking up at this point is making me feel like I would just rather stay small... haha... I always feel like I am going to get fat. Any secrets guys? Or should I just give up on staying lean while adding mass?

Nothing wrong with extra long arms. Im 6'5" with arms of a 6'10" person. Like above stated it helped my pitching got me up to 93mph and also tommy johns haha

Hey brand new to the forum posting wise.. been reading and gettin lots of info... im 6'2 190lbs. Dont think i can post a pic yet since i have to few posts but will once i get enough!

I guess it depends on your height proportioning too. I'm torso tall. Headroom is usually more of a problem for me than legroom. Even though I'm 6'5", my pants inseam is only 34.5" (for comparison, I have a cousin who's 6'4" and his inseam is 37"). Sunroofs are a killer for me (the frame subtracts headroom). I currently drive an 08 Trailblazer SS (6.0L LS2 engine) and it fits me great, but I had to get it without sunroof.

I tried sitting in a friend's Saturn Sky (same as Pontiac Solstice) and it was a no go all around.

6'6" 250-255 here. Funny i drive a trailblazer ltz. The sunroof def does take away from headroom. Oh well. I wanted an SS but gas is ridic!

People always ask how tall i am etc. id much rather be a solid 6'3" i think. Fitting into cars, clothes etc isnt fun.

Im just happy to be on this healthy track. Down from 316 to 245 (before the holidays ). Plan to drop to 225 or so. My bench is a little over 300lbs slow and steady!

Gday guys,
Im just over 6 ft, iv just recently got back into weight lifting after a one year break because of my new born.. so back in action iv been trainning 6 times per week, weights and cardio... im accually going to start following dwayne "the rock" johnson's workout routine and meal plan... its really good and its help me lose ten kilos so far.. i was 142kg about two months ago and this month im 134.6 so great improvment i will post a picture of what i look like now.. i need a lot more work though

6'4" started at a flimsy 170 lb 18 months ago, now I'm a solid 235 lb in the morning with slightly visible abs. Bench has gone up from 155x8 to 245x8. I know it's not that good, but I don't train for strength. My dumbbell press is more impressive. Kind of fulked the 1st year, now I'm trying to bulk and stay around 15% body fat. I'll eventually cut once I reach my genetic potential 3 years down the line, and maintain my body fat around 6-7% body fat.

Cut going good so far. Im 40 Days in...Lost about 11 lbs so far.

Does anyone have any personal experience with intermittent Fasting they can share? My diet is working great now, but I Feel like IF Will Fit my lifestyle so much

Better. Has anyone done it? How is the fat loss compared to a traditional 5 small meal a day diet, does it come off at the same speed?

Are hunger pangs easier or worse?
