1 scoop intra 1 scoop post with a light shoulder workout yesrterday.
Rest day today but thinking of cardio(if I do I will inta) but eat post

Very tasty product. Give me that purple stuff! Now lets give it a few days of lifting and see whats going on here.

good stuff I was hoping the grape would pull through in the flavoring since we seem to have an issue with the fruit punch in this product from what other loggers are saying

Only problem with the flavoring is that everyone has different taste buds. I cant really stand fruit punch so it wouldnt have tasted well to me anyway.

Despite how cold it is here the last few days I feel good. Have great recovery and very shocked. I did shoulders-off-chest and I figured today I would have woke up sore as can be.
Will be doing some cardio and bis today and off for Sunday.

Off days I am taking this in the middle of the day.

I keep waking up feeling great and I have been really putting in the workouts.

Still have had energy after my workouts to do cardio with no hesitation.

I would make the tub larger with more servings.

Other than that still trucking through lifts and recovery.

Final Review:

All around great amino product... I cant stress that enough.

No doubt recovery and rest times were improved. Cardio after workouts was no problem. (some days it can be)

We all have our own preference of taste but for me this really hit the spot.
No mixing problems or funny after taste.

Only think I would like to see would be a larger tub for me personally. Something like this I will rip through on a daily basis and can be gone fast.

I would like to thank all parties involved for getting the product to me and for the opportunity to try it out.
I will be looking into Bentancourt products.

bullnox is a solid product it also tastes great 1.5 scoops is the sweet spot for most people
