Hi,
Recently I've started to get a lot of clicking in my left shoulder when doing side raises and incline db pressing, it seems to be coming from my AC Joint. I wouldn't call it painful but it is quite uncomfortable.
My shoulders are pretty flexible and I always warm up my rotor cuffs and stretch before training.
Has anybody overcome this problem in the past?
Any tips/advice will be well appreciated.
Thank you,
Smudgee.

Any upper body exercise as drastic as incline press will put the most pressure on your shoulder joints, especially if it is with a wide grip. I does not necessarily mean a torn anything (labrum, RC, etc.), but just make sure you have maintenance exercises in your regimen like rotator cuff exercises, warmups, and assess any shoulder imbalances (like big front delts, barely any rear delts)
