First off congrats on the weight loss, keep it up man. But are you really only eating 750 cals? That can't be healthy. For your weight you could probably lose at around 2500. Lowest I think you should go being around 2000. And as for lifting why wait until dec? You should get on something simple right now like a full body routine 3x a week or at least do some kind of body weight workout. Just some friendly advice.

this. weight lifting is much more effective than cardio at burning fat.
you should adopt higher intensity cardio (HIIT) and a weight lifting routine. I would also up the cals. 750 is wayyyy low. Even Chris Powells guys (biggest loser) are on 2k per day.
btw, the hiit will be more effective and take less time than the 30-45 mins of low intensity.

yea your right, so far it has helped me lose 70 pounds, But after new years i will be coming up with a 6 day work out and ask people what they think about it

read the whole thing, very inspirational man congratulations on your weight loss.. Most people I know who are heavier in the 250+ range, or even 300+ range feel that no1 can really understand them and help them unless its someone who is in the same boat, so you're a huge inspiration to other big ppl out there..
