    First off congrats on the weight loss, keep it up man. But are you really only eating 750 cals? That can't be healthy. For your weight you could probably lose at around 2500. Lowest I think you should go being around 2000. And as for lifting why wait until dec? You should get on something simple right now like a full body routine 3x a week or at least do some kind of body weight workout. Just some friendly advice.

    yea i will be doing something soon, my problem is right now i only get like 30-45 mins atm so i just do cardio atm but in jan my time is freed up alot more so i will do that

    this. weight lifting is much more effective than cardio at burning fat.

    btw, the hiit will be more effective and take less time than the 30-45 mins of low intensity.

    the cardio i have been doing is on the treadmill with a incline of 15.0 and speed at 3.5 holding that for 30 mins take a 10 min break then doing another 30 mins, been doing that for the last 5 gym days

    Got a gym partner today and tryed the new Drop Factor Burners with yohimbine, had a surge of power and was able to do 1400 cals on the treadmill for 1 hour with a 15.1 incline and 3.4 mph , felt great and still have my power. LIGHTWEIGHT BABY

    First off, awesome work!

    I used to be 375 pounds when I finally woke up and took control, exactly like you... Now I'm down to 248.

    Good luck, and definitely start lifting and up your calories a bit. Also, you might want to look into the keto diet... Worked like a charm for me.

    Whoa, dude! Calories are way too low! That will probably hurt you on the long run. Im taking in ~2000 calories and averaging 1-2 pounds a week. This is accompanied by, of course, 6 day workout routine.

    yea your right, so far it has helped me lose 70 pounds, But after new years i will be coming up with a 6 day work out and ask people what they think about it

    got on the scale today i now weight 248 thats 77 pounds in 3 months 3 weeks, 1 more week till 4 months time to blow this out of the water

    Wake Up, Opti-Men,CLA Calcium and Protien Shake

    1st Meal
    2 Cups Oatmeal
    1 Plain Yogart

    2nd Meal
    Tuna
    1 Cup of Rice

    3rd Meal
    Plain Chicken Salad
    W/CLA

    Gym
    Pre-Workout C4,Fat Burners

    Post Workout
    Protien Shake/W water and Calcium

    4th Meal
    Turkey /W Green broccoli 1 Cup W/CLA

    Casein before bed



    Work Out Will be Every Other Day
    Legs/Chest/Tris 30 mins of cardio
    Bi/Back/Shoulders 30 mins of cardio


    This is the plan i will be doing for the next 3 months, lets hope i do just as good as the first 4 months

    read the whole thing, very inspirational man congratulations on your weight loss.. Most people I know who are heavier in the 250+ range, or even 300+ range feel that no1 can really understand them and help them unless its someone who is in the same boat, so you're a huge inspiration to other big ppl out there..
