I have started to carb back load and train fasted....OP eats whatever and still stays lean and looks better then me. I wish i could ride a bicycle but I would be tested at my job.

I think there is a fair bit in some burgers , am gona work out all macros for one day 2 see what it looks like.

I do have 3 weight gain shakes per day and 1 casein shake so protein will be high.
